This list does not include services that use XMPP messaging technology, but do not position themselves as XMPP services (Nimbuzz, Facebook chat). They usually have more users than the listed servers, but do not have s2s enabled or do not follow common XMPP standards.

We’ve removed Talkonaut’s server from this list since they had closed s2s with major servers like jabber.ru, jsmart.web.id and aqq.eu. We are now in progress of migrating Syrian users from jsmart.web.id to syriatalk.org, so the number of online users is not listed. We expect jsmart.web.id to disappear in this list after we got migration done. If you know any others large servers, feel free to add them into this list.
